Who's in the card aisle at Wally World???

I had to go to Wally World (WalMart) last night to pick up some treats for my Relief Society lesson tomorrow.

This is what I saw... HAD to take a picture!!!

It makes me feel good... to know that MY GUY isn't the ONLY one that procrastinates!!! :) Isn't that HILARIOUS!!! Hey, at least they are doing it! It shouldn't matter WHEN right?

Happy Mother's Day girls!

Love

Shelle

Typical for sure ---reminds me of one time with hubby #1, we were on a road trip, and were on the road Mothers Day sunday, stopped at a convenience store to which dumb ass went in and bought me a mothers day card and handed it to me. I wanted to punch him in the face --like, oh thanks for that sincere loving effort.
just makes me laugh now.

I don't understand? Whats the deal in the pic? Hmmmm
I was thinking it was a mothers day post or something. I guess y'all do it different up there. My wife is celebrating today. We gave her a whole day since shes a mother. Today she gets to cook and clean up and if she has time finish the clothes and might even have time to cut the grass. All the things she likes to do!
Maybe if shes up to it I'll offer a lil romance later.
;-)

Happy Mothers Day all y'all Moms out there!

There is fully one dozen men in that picture! That is hilarious. I find it funny that even though my husband had the car everyday while I was at work last week, including all day yesterday, I woke up to exactly NOTHING this morning. Not even a note. And then when daddy asked the kids "Did you wish your mom a happy mother's day?" They replied with "Today is mother's day? Mom, did you make me my sandwich yet?" UGH STUPID HALLMARK Holiday

I swear I saw the exact same thing except that guys at your Wal-Mart are so much cuter than mine. I don't even see a mullet anywhere!! And no Nascar shirts. And where are the big bellies in stained white t-shirts hanging over the edge of trashed jeans?

How did you get my picture without me knowing?

I know that we procrastinate at times...but we do love you (our women.) The fact that we muscle through the masses to find you guys that 'right' card should speak volumes!

we went to the hallmark store in the mall yesterday. (walmart was too crowded) and saw pretty much the same thing. I couldn't even get the stroller into the store. We went home and made cards then. (yeah, I procrastonate like the best of them.) :)

Happy Mothers' day

I work for Wally Word as a manager, I saw your aisle, you should have seen the flowers section by produce.

Happy Mother's Day to you! I was so glad we got to chat. Good times. By the way, you really need to check out this blog on blogspot: Mother Had A Secret. The girl is in my ward and she is writing a book on growing up with her mother who had multiple personalities. She has shared some heart wrenching stories in Relief Society and she is such a trooper! It has the first two chapters of her book. Since you are a blogging queen, you might be able to help get the word out to others in helping her publish it!

haha hahahahahah That is so cute. I'm so glad you captured that photo.

Hey, it looks like comments were turned off on the above post, but that was a great post. I will check out those blogs.

It reminds me. Last night my son was telling me about a book he's reading in his English class called A Boy Named It. It was so disturbing I could hardly listen. Finally I had to stay STOP telling me this. I can't handle it. My heart is going to break in half. So then he followed me around and kept telling me more and more and I kept saying I DON't want to hear it. Finally said "But it's real life!"

I felt ashamed. What message was I sending? That I don't want to look at real life directly in the eye.
