The Enchanted Forest

Our one BIG adventure was going to the "Enchanted Forest". This lady made all of these clay things that depicts the nursery rhymes all throughout this trail that you hike in this really dense forest. It was beautiful! There were playhouses that the kids were able to go into...and slides, and a really BIG, TALL tree house! The kids loved it!

Here are the kids playing with their cousin Ava in Taylor and Jodi's front yard. It was one of the seldom days that some sunrays were seen through the clouds! Klayton, I, and family were up in Vernon Canada one of the record breaking weeks of wet weather! It rained from the day we got there up to the day before we left! Now how many of you can say that??? :) The kids had a good time, Jaksyn and Ava had a good time duking it out for every toy that Ava owns, but you could tell they LOVE each other regardless! The kids and Jodi and I were able to catch the movie "Surf's UP" while Klayton and Taylor went to a softball tournament!

As you can see by the first photo...Jaksyn HAD to stroll her own bag, no lie, she pulled it at EVERY airport to and from wherever we were going!!! Pretty tough for a little one!
The picture of Jaksyn, Slayde, and ME is at the Kelowna Airport in Canada! We had finally made it! It only took us from 8:00am and we got to Kelowna @ around 4:00pm just around 8 hours! A ton faster than driving a car. We flew standby...quite the adventure, but the kids actually like to fly and are really good travelers! We went from St. George - Salt Lake, then from Salt Lake-Vancouver, then from Vancouver to Kelowna! Not bad!

Wright Family Reunion 2007

We went camping up at Pine Lake. Krystal and Derek planned it and it turned out so good! We had fun battling with the red/blue teams, we played "the newly wed game", horse shoes, steal the flag, egg toss, fishing, and much, much, more! WE really did all have a good time. Klayton ended up cooking for the women for breakfast the first morning, but none the worse for it! I sure do love him, he's a hotty! Enjoy the pictures!
